SKI-DOO REV G4 850 UPPER & LOWER A-ARM CHASSIS BULKHEAD REINFORCEMENT BRACE KIT This is a custom made stainless steel upper & lower bulkhead suspension a-arm reinforment brace kit the Skidoo REV G4 chassis machines (will not fit the older Rev/XP/XS/XM/XU/RT/ect). This brace kit is precision CNC laser cut and press bent. Unlike the competition that makes theirs from regular mild steel that easily rusts and can cause a galvanic reaction when rubbing against the aluminum factory components, this is made from 304 stainless steel. This brace kit helps reinforce the commonly, well known, weak factory cast aluminum a-arm suspension mount areas (see photos of it installed on the machine for reference). This kit includes the stainless braces, stainless mounting hardware, steel Ultra-Grip pop rivets and instructions for installation. You will need a 1/8, 3/16 & 15/64 inch drill bits and drill as well as a pop rivet gun. Installation typically takes about 2-3 hours and this is a huge improvement to help stiffen up the a-arm mounting points on the bulkhead, which can save you hundreds of dollars and down time from breaking the stock unreinforced cast bulkheads.
